Q. How do I get to Montalvo?

Q. Where do I park for shows at The Garden Theatre?
A. Parking at Montalvo is limited and must be purchased in advance. $25 per vehicle. Free parking and shuttles will be provided from Lot 5 at West Valley College beginning 90 minutes prior to the show. Shuttles will return to West Valley at the conclusion of the performance.

Q. Where do I park for shows at The Carriage House Theatre?
A. There is free on-site parking available for all Carriage House performances.

Q. Can I bring a bottle of wine or other alcoholic beverage to Montalvo?
A. Unfortunately no. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase in our concessions area beginning 90 minutes prior to performances.

Q. Is the villa open to the public?
A. Due to the large volume of events at Montalvo, we regret that the Villa is not open for public viewing.

Q. May I picnic on the front lawn before a performance?
A. Absolutely. The gates open 90 minutes prior to performances and picnicking is encouraged. However alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

Q. How can I buy the best seats in the house?
A. By becoming a member! Members get the privilege of buying tickets in advance. See our membership page for more information.

Q. I can't use my tickets, can I get a refund or exchange them?
A. Refunds are only given in the case of event cancellation. Ticket exchange privileges are available for members. For more information on becoming a member, please visit our membership page. Call the Box Office at 408.961.5814 for instructions on exchanging tickets.
